💡 您需要了解的小秘密 (条款与细则)
1. 会员等级生效期 所有等级（Starry, Diamond 和 Prive VIP）的有效期均为 12个月，自加入或升级当日起算。
2. 如何维持等级 在 12 个月的有效期内，任意金额消费即可维持 Starry等级，Diamond 需消费满 RM 8,000，Prive VIP 需消费满 RM 24,000，即可自动续约 12 个月。
3. 如果没达标会如何 12 个月到期时，若未达到保级金额，系统将根据您的实际累积消费，自动降至对应的等级。
4. 消费金额重置 当您的等级发生降级或成功续约后，累积消费额将会重新归零，开启新一年的进度。
5. 关于生日礼物 🎁 每位会员每年限领一份。请于您的生日当月（1号至月底）联系我们领取。逾期将视为自动放弃，不保留也不补发，且系统不会另行发送提醒通知，请记得在您的专属月份准时出现喔！
💡 例如：5月20日生日的寿星，领取时间为5月1日至5月31日。
6. 最终解释权 SN97 保留修改会员制度的最终权利。

💡 Things to Know About Your Tier (T&C)
1. Validity Period of Membership All membership tiers (Starry, Diamond, and Prive VIP) are valid for 12 months, starting from the date of joining or your tier upgrade.
2. How to Maintain Your Tier? Within the 12-month validity period, simply make any purchase to maintain Starry tier, or spend RM 8,000 (Diamond) and RM 24,000 (Prive VIP) respectively to automatically renew your membership for another 12 months.
3. What if I don't hit the target? If the renewal spending isn't met by the end of the 12 months, your tier will be automatically downgraded based on your actual spending.
4. Spending Reset Your accumulated spending will be reset to zero upon a tier downgrade or a successful renewal.
5. Birthday Gifts 🎁 Each member is entitled to one birthday gift per year. Please contact us to claim your gift within your birthday month (from the 1st to the last day of the month). Unclaimed gifts will be forfeited and cannot be reserved or re-issued. As no individual reminders will be sent by the system, please remember to visit us during your special month!
💡 Example: If your birthday is on May 20th, you may collect your gift anytime between May 1st and May 31st.
6. Final Interpretation SN97 reserves the right to amend the membership program.
